Louise Guest is your point of contact at Gumshoe. She has more than 10 years experience in investigations and mediation. Louise will ensure that every consultation, investigation, mediation or other process is carried out with fairness, empathy and care so those involved feel comfortable and well informed.
Louise is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ), the Australia and NZ Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Louise is a former Police detective and licensed private investigator. She also has qualifications and experience in professional counselling, specialist interviewing, and project management.

John Mills is a licensed private investigator and security expert. He assists with investigations involving the assessment and handling of digital evidence and where there are electronic security requirements.
John has extensive, New Zealand wide experience providing security consultation, risk assessment and installation services to a wide range of businesses.
He goes above and beyond to ensure the integrity of digital evidence related to an investigation is preserved and also to provide clients with solutions to mitigate further risk.
